I brought my van in thinking I may have electrical issues because I put three different light bulbs in my rear directional signal. I left the bulbs in my car. Guess I didn’t have the right touch because the mechanic put one of my bulbs in and it worked. I appreciate the easy fix. This would have been an easy one to take advantage of. Thank you! Ron H.

I’ve been an auto clinic customer for over 12 years now. The owner, Gene Fellows, runs a very honest and efficient company. They will inspect your vehicle and give you a rundown on everything that is wrong with it. Then they will advise you on what is absolutely necessary to get fixed. You can determine whether you want to fix the entire thing or do it in sections. Never any pressure to get it all done. They are friendly and knowledgeable. My car was driving erratically and as I drove faster the louder this thumping sound my engine made. The mechanic rode with me and listened to what I complained about and informed me that it was a wheel hub that had gone bad. He warned that it might be both front wheel hubs, but that it sounded like the driver’s side was worse.
I agreed to repair the driver’s side and it turned out to be the problem. My car is driving like it’s new. kevinm, LEE’S SUMMIT
An oil change became significant when they found a damaged tire. The damage was not visible from the exterior of the car but was found when checking the tires. The damage was potentially catastophic and resulted in the replacement of the two front tires. The damage might be a problem with the manufacture rather than driving and the Auto Clinic is working with the manufacturer to determine. Great work! fredh, LEE’S SUMMIT
